I am Kat, and I invite you to explore the profound depths of the Universe’s healing energy and the ancient wisdom of Mother Earth with me. From a young age, I felt a deep connection to the hidden wonders of our world, sensing the presence of enigmatic beings and mystical realms. My journey began in the lush surroundings of my grandfather’s orchard and extended to the rugged heights as a mountain and ski guide.
As my life's journey evolved, a transformative revelation set me on a path of discovery, leading me to delve into both the frontiers of science with my two master’s degree and the esoteric arts, exploring the intersection of shadow and light, science and the “beyond”.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity, I have since immersed myself in a diverse array of healing practices and bodywork, uncovering the mysteries that extend beyond the everyday physical experience.
I look forward to guiding you through this transformative journey of healing and self-discovery.

About the Tibetan Prananadi
Prananadi is an ancient Tibetan lay-on-hands energy healing method that facilitates the harmonization of the body and personal development in both the physical body and mind. Not bound by any specific religion or worldview, it is accessible to anyone seeking healing or wishing to learn the method.
This approach supports life-sustaining processes and seamlessly complements conventional medical treatments, operating on all levels. Prananadi adapts itself to the unique needs of all living and non-living organisms, fostering a positive attitude toward fellow human beings and enhancing self-awareness.
The term Prananadi originates from Sanskrit. Its first component, “prana” (प्राण), translates to “vital force” or “energy”. The second component, “nadi” (नराडी), signifies “pipe”, “flow”, or “channel”. When combined, they evoke the concept of “universal vital energy flow”, accurately capturing the essence of this method. Prananadi facilitates the movement of energy within the physical body.
In practice, the practitioner acts as a conduit or antenna, channeling the Universe’s energy into their own body. This energy then undergoes transformation as it flows through the master practitioner and ultimately transfers to the patient. Prananadi can be administered for general well-being or targeted health and mental issues. Importantly, it is impossible to “overfill” someone—the human body accepts only what it requires.
Prana, the universal principle, permeates space and combines with mind and matter to form the trinity of absolute manifestation. In scientific terms, it corresponds to Ether or plasma, acknowledged as the fifth state of matter. Prana exists ubiquitously—in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we consume. Essentially, everything is composed of prana. Consequently, it stands to reason that with adequate training, individuals can manipulate plasma to facilitate healing within the human body.
According to lineage teachings, the origins of this method trace back to 6700 BC.
How does it work?
The healing practitioner employs a diverse array of symbols to channel specific resonances, distinguishing this method from the more widely recognized Reiki practice. Unlike Reiki, this approach utilizes a significantly larger variety of ancient symbols, each possessing its own unique healing properties. These symbols can be modified, deconstructed, and reassembled by the Master Practitioner to address the specific healing requirements of individual patients. As a result, this versatile method can effectively assist with a wide range of illnesses and discomforts.
This method is regulated by very strict ethical and moral rules. It is prohibited to convince or advise anyone to refuse any medical treatment or to stop taking prescribed medication. Furthermore, it is a must that if the treated person has any suspected physical or mental illnesses, they should be referred to a medical professional.
It is prohibited to heal with force we must obey the freedom of choice. The patient must ask for the healing. Cannot alter someone’s Karma. The healing must be performed with honest love and acceptance towards every being.
Strictly prohibited to do harm in any shape or form.
What to expect during session
Collection of Information
Every new patient begins by completing paperwork, followed by a light conversation. During this initial interaction, we explore why the patient seeks healing and identify the specific issue they would like to address. We also discuss the desired outcome. It is crucial to inform patients that their symptoms may initially intensify or worsen before improvement occurs. This temporary exacerbation typically lasts a few hours after the session. However, if the problem persists or worsens significantly, seeking professional medical help is essential.
The first three sessions serve as discovery sessions, during which the Prananadi Master performs a comprehensive “level-up” healing for the entire body. The primary goal of these initial sessions is to elevate the patient’s energy to a higher resonance level, enabling them to receive more potent energy in subsequent sessions. These three consecutive sessions occur within a 24- to 48-hour timeframe. Afterward, the frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on individual needs—either as needed or once a week. The seriousness of the “illness” determines the necessary frequency.
We will discuss the combination of methods what is best for the patient and their desired outcome of the haling.
During the first three sessions, each hand position is held for two minutes. With a total of 45 positions on the body, this amounts to one hour and 30 minutes. However, this duration can be modified for patients who are infants, children, or elderly. Subsequent sessions begin with a maximum of 30 minutes and gradually increase in duration over time.
The Session
During healing sessions, patients lie comfortably on a massage table while remaining fully clothed. For team sessions involving a traditional massage therapist, the setup may vary. Prana Nadi and resonance healing can be performed with or without physical touch, based on the patient’s preference, without compromising their effectiveness.
It’s essential to note that certain body parts are off-limits due to ethical guidelines; in such cases, the practitioner employs a hovering technique above those areas. Patients begin the session lying on their back and later turn onto their stomach. To ensure optimal comfort and uninterrupted energy flow, it is requested that patients remove watches, belts, and jewelry what wraps around the body. Essential oils and incense will not be used during the session.
The environment is intentionally calming and can be customized to meet individual needs, often featuring soft, meditative music or quiet surroundings, depending on the chosen practice. Please note, resonance healing will take place in a quiet setting.
